Prices depend on the cost of living in a certain country and also depend on the currency exchange from the £ GBP to the £USD, but if you are looking for affordable cosmetic surgery, look for cosmetic surgery abroad, in a neighbouring country. If you live in UK , Tunisia would be the best destination for cosmetic surgery, all cosmetic surgery procedures over there cost between £1,100 and £ 2,000 including food and accommodation.

Hair Transplant Surgery-get it in India

In today’s times in India, medical technology has found answers to almost all physiological and cosmetic problems and hair loss is one of them. Hair is one aspect about which most people are very sensitive; good hair, good skin and good figure are regarded as the major criteria for an attractive appearance; hence, most people generally look upon any loss or depletion of hair as a personal crisis. It is a fact that hair does start thinning for everybody with advancing age; however, for young and middle-aged people, it is certainly worthwhile to explore options for hair restoration.

In India, Hair transplantation has become one of the most popular methods of addressing hair loss and is also called hair replacement or hair restoration. Hair transplantation is a surgical procedure and, as is the case with all other surgeries, is a very individual decision based on the patient’s age and other conditions. In fact, anyone planning hair transplant needs to have a detailed consultation with the transplant surgeon to discuss expectations, possibilities and risks. The majority of hair transplant aspirants in India are men, who experience severe thinning of hair leading to baldness. Women are also candidates for hair transplant, but not often because they normally experience only thinning of hair and not loss of hair in patches as men do. Sometimes a hair transplant may be needed as reconstructive surgery in cases of burns or trauma.

Hair Transplant Surgery:

Baldness or loss of hair is a common problem in mostly males but can also be seen in females. Hair transplantation refers to the surgical movement of permanent hair with its roots to an area of bald or balding skin. Hair transplantation is an effective and permanent solution for hair loss.

Effects of Hair Transplant Surgery:

In almost all cases of so-called “male-pattern baldness”, there is a permanent fringe of hair along the side and back of the scalp. This hair demonstrates “donor dominance”. This means it will grow permanently even if it is moved to an area which is bald or balding.

Procedure of Hair Transplant Surgery:

A typical hair transplant procedure has at least six steps:

1. Consultation

2. Blood Tests

3. Anaesthesia

4. Extraction of donor hair

5. Implanting of donor hair

6. Post operative care

1) When it comes to hair transplant Surgery, the consultation usually receives the least amount of attention. However, since this is first step in the process and the one in which you alone will play the largest part, the consultation is perhaps the most important step for the individual. The information exchanged during this meeting will outline your goals and expectations for the outcome of the procedure. The information you receive during this consultation is the only factor you have in choosing either the right clinic or the wrong clinic for you.

2) Once you have decided on a clinic and scheduled an appointment, most clinics require blood tests to be performed as required by law. These blood tests will take place approximately 24 to 48 hours before your surgery.

3) After your blood tests are confirmed, the doctor can begin your procedure. Each clinic will give you certain instructions to follow before your surgery which will probably include not taking an aspirin product before the surgery, and not to eat or drink 12 hours prior to surgery. The day of your procedure, patients might be given a small sedative to take. This will help to relax you before the surgery and calm your nerves.

Using a local anesthesia, the doctor will numb the recipient area and donor area. This is the only time patients will feel pain which can range from a mild discomfort for some patients to very painful for others. Women tend to endure this step better then man due to their higher capacity for pain.

4). Once the anaesthesia has taken affect, the doctor can remove the donor hair grafts which is done using one of two methods in common practice today.

The single strip harvest method is the traditional and most widely used method. A scalpel containing 2 or more blades mounted in parallel is used to cut strips of donor tissue 10 to 20 cm long. The donor strip is then carefully divided into follicular units under a microscope and surgical light. In order to remove this strip, you will have to lay on your stomach so doctors can get a topside view of your donor area.

While the donor strip is being divided and counted into micro grafts, the doctor will suture the donor area together. A number of new techniques have been introduced lately to minimize scarring in this region.

The Follicular Unit Extraction method is another technique some doctors used to harvest donor hair. In this labor intensive technique, doctors use a small punch-like circular scalpel to remove follicular units one at a time.

5) Following the suturing of your donor area or the Follicular Unit Extraction step, you will recline comfortably in the surgery chair as the medical team begins preparing your hair loss affected area for the follicular unit hair grafts to be implanted.

This step involves making tiny incisions or apertures with a small gauged needle or scalpel in the recipient area. These tiny incisions are where your scalp will receive the new grafts of hair.

Often, a hair transplant team will work together -one making the recipient incision while the other implants the new grafts.

It’s during this step in the hair transplant process that the experience and care of the doctor are most needed. The pattern in which the grafts are implanted must appear natural and care is taken by the doctor to insure blood flow to the new grafts. Your hair transplant doctor will be looking at your recipient incisions and must invision in his mind how the hair will look as it grows in over the next 12 months and last for the next 20 years.

Depending on the number of grafts you are having implanted, the entire procedure can last from 2 to 4 hours.

6) Once the medical team has finished implanting the grafts, the procedure is basically over with. The clinic may keep you there for another hour or so to allow time for the sedative and anesthia to wear off. During this time, your doctor will then go over your post op surgery care with you. He will write you prescriptions for pain, swelling and infection and give you careful instructions on how to take care so that you do not damage the newly implanted hair grafts.

Advantages of Hair Transplant Surgery:

•Transplanted Hair Looks and feels natural unlike wig and concealer.

•Transplanted hair remain undetectable among the other hair.

•Transplanted hair grows and keeps growing permanently unlike the hair of wig and the regrown hair by Medication.

•Do not require extra maintenance or care unlike wig, which require lifetime care.

Liposuction is one of the popular and artistic surgeries that remove unnecessary fats deposits from precise areas, such as the stomach, hips, buttocks, thighs, knees, chin, cheeks, neck, chest and upper arms. This method has become very trendy, mainly among women who want to lose their excessive fats through lipoclastic surgeries. Men seem to be catching on, wishing to get rid of ‘love handles’ around their waist or unnecessary fats from their backside or neck.

Liposuction should not be used as an alternate for dieting and physical activity, though it can help to eliminate those inflexible parts of body fat that do not react easily to dieting and work out.

Technical Advances

There have been quite a few new modifications that have been formulated to this kind of surgery including ultrasound-assisted lipoclastic (UAL), the tumescent system and the super-wet method. These all methods of liposuction surgery are helping a lot of plastic surgeons to provide special patients with more accurate outcomes and faster rate of restoration.

Suitable Candidates for liposuction Surgery

Liposuction works influentially for those people who have slightly abnormal fats or weight. The elderly people whose skin does not have fine suppleness can not get similar results as the young people. Good health conditions are absolutely necessary before the liposuction surgery. People along with poor health conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart diseases, and lung disease must look for the advice of their doctors before considering the surgery.

Recovery

  • Liposuction is frequently done as an outpatient method.
  • A common or local visual is required for liposuction.
  • Improvement or restoration time can be anywhere like one week or few weeks. But it generally depends upon the conditions of patients after surgery.

Risk Factors The risk factors of liposuction surgery don’t consist of mortality. However, weight loss surgery could be fatal. There are some menaces of liposuction surgery, such as anesthesia, heart disease, kidney disorder, swelling, chronic bleeding, nausea, dizziness, mental fatigue, irritation and extreme panic disorder, etc.

Safest cosmetic surgery

According to the Aesthetics Surgery Journal, the death rate for liposuction is one in 46,000. Today, liposuction is one of the popular surgical treatments for weight loss. The risks of liposuction are generally small. However, the patient must have a stable health conditions before the surgery like good physical and psychological conditions.

Analytical approach

In short, we can say that liposuction or cosmetic surgery is one of the safest ways for weight loss. It is extremely popular these days all around the world. Many people are taking ample amounts of benefits from liposuction, such as slim body, strong muscles, facial beauty, great figure and well attractive personality.

But one thing which has to be kept in mind before the considering Liposuction or cosmetic surgery is that liposuction surgery is helpful for those who are fit and strong. For example, the people must have stable bodily features, such as good thighs, blood flow, fine buttocks and belly, firm skin, and strong heart conditions, etc. before its conduction.

New Cosmetic Procedures

As increasing numbers of men and women seek surgical and non-surgical cosmetic enhancement, the public is becoming ever more demanding in its quest for rejuvenation of the body and face. No longer content to settle for smoother faces and perkier breasts, body-conscious individuals are now wanting younger hands, arms and even voices to complete the entire image.

Here are a few of the latest procedures which are now available, or will soon be available, to the public.

Hand Lift: For years we’ve known that the hands age more quickly than most of the body, giving away our secrets when facelifts have helped us take years off out facial appearances. Hand rejuvenation involves fat being extracted from othe regions such as the abdomen and injected into the hands to ‘plump up’ the skin and fill in depressions. The initial results should last from 7 to 10 years after which the procedure may be repeated.

Voice lift: Also known as voice modification surgery, this procedure is not as new as you may suppose, but it is not yet very well known. When a patient is unhappy with the quality or timbre of their voice, or needs a younger-sounding, clearer voice for their profession, they may consider this option. The vocal chords are literally lifted, but the results are not guaranteed to satisy 100% as the surgeon is unable to hear the voice while perforimg the surgery under general anasthaetic. It is therefore rather a risky procedure at this point in time. It can however offer help for patients who have had their vocal chords damaged in the past.

Brachioplasty: This is an ‘arm lift’ where excess skin and fatty deposits are removed from the arms. The procedure is especially helpful for patients who have lost large amounts of weight, as well as for older patients who find the skin sagging as elasticity is lost through the aging process.

Underarm Botox: By paralysing the muscles in the armpit region, Botox can help people who suffer from excessive persiration. The Botox stops the release of chemicals which stimulate the body to sweat. As with other Botox treatments, this procedure needs to be done regularly as the effect is not of a permanent nature.

Who knows what miracle modern medicine will come up with next? One thing is sure, for those of us who like to look as good and as young as we feel, this is certainly a great era in which to be alive!

This is a cosmetic surgery documentary on my experience having breast augmentation with silicone Implants. The surgery was performed by Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. David E. Kim.

See me before and after my operation as I go from an A cup to a full C cup.

Also known as breast augmentation or augmentation mammoplasty, breast enlargement can help women who are unhappy with the size or shape of their breasts. For many women, breast size is an important part of feeling good, desirable and normal. Having a breast augmentation can greatly improve self-esteem in these cases.

The nose is the center of our face. As such, it always grabs the attention of those who look at us. Its appearance helps create our overall facial harmony. The nose also has an important functional component. It does our breathing. Its function is complex, and any alterations done to the nose can have profound effects on our ease of breathing.

Among plastic surgery procedures, rhinoplasty is perhaps the most challenging. This procedure is often called a nose job. Paying attention only to aesthetics can lead to problems with breathing following this plastic surgery procedure. Paying attention only to breath flow can compromise aesthetics. To best deal with these issues, our plastic surgeons work to overcome these potential difficulties by using their different perspectives to focus simultaneously on improving both appearance and function.

Because of its equal importance in appearance and breathing, our plastic surgery Los Angeles specialists have developed The Rodeo Drive Breathe Easy Rhinoplasty. Our two plastic surgeons do all of our rhinoplasties as a team. We have different but complementary training and backgrounds that they apply to your rhinoplasty. This interdisciplinary approach provides you with the benefit of a broad perspective and skills during your evaluation and treatment. We give equal focus to the cosmetic and functional aspects of rhinoplasty in California.

During nose surgery, people sometimes want to remove the bump in their nose, make the nose more narrow, help with breathing, make the nose less crooked, or refine the tip. It is important that people communicate their concerns about their nose to the surgeon in order to obtain the best outcome.

The Rodeo Drive Breathe Easy Rhinoplasty is beneficial for all rhinoplasties, and that’s why we always bring this approach to nose surgery. But in some cases, we believe it is especially useful. Some of these complex situations where our approach brings added benefit include ethnic rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, and rhinoplasty for men. These types of procedures can be especially challenging and this approach serves to help provide the best possible results.

The recovery from rhinoplasty varies for each person, just like for any plastic surgery procedure. Sometimes there will be some bruising for a week or so. We sometimes put packing in the nose for a few days, and you will have to breathe through your mouth during this period. You may have a plaster or silicone splint on your nose for about a week. Most people have very little discomfort following the procedure. Almost everyone tells us that the improvements in their appearance and function are well worth any short-term inconvenience!
